MayNoWriMo starts in just less than an hour for me.
I've revised my list and it looks like it's going to be a fan-story year for me. Not that I mind, really. (A friend kind of dumped her story ideas on me and I can't get them out of my head.)
It's Slayers International this month (at 50,000 words because I'm an idiot.) But I will try and keep you guys up to date on things as we go along.
The finished chapters will get a once-through edit and then will probably go up on my dA so you can read them there if you want. It's a Kuroshitsuji fan-story but it's AU so you don't really have to know the characters to enjoy it. ^^
Other than that, I guess I will see you when the crazyness starts.

UGH!
I am about to tear my hair out.
I don't know how they put up with this guy...girl...thing that's currently rearranging things in my bathroom because it doesn't have enough room for its scale concealer.
Ever since she got here she's been messing with my stuff.
Other than that, I've been so desperate to get away from her that I'm almost done with Script Frenzy (page 93), so I guess she's good for something. Oh and Thomas finally got our Twitter account locked down so when we kick off I won't have to worry as much about marketing.
I should be able to finish Script Frenzy tonight, though. Then in May it's Slayer's International, the Novel! Yay! I think it's a fan story year this time. Everything up to NaNo is a fan story...
And now I have to go see what 'Madame' just broke. Bye for now.

Too Much to Do
and not nearly enough time.
It's been better, though. I have a WriMo list and a 'I need to work on that too' list, both of which are slowly getting smaller. Script Frenzy is at about 72 pages now, so I'll get that done pretty soon.
Other than that, I'm hoping I can get some short stories collected pretty soon. Maybe throw them up on Smashwords and see what happens? Course then I'd have to beg some covers off of Karen's little brother. Kid's pretty good. Anyway...
Yeah not much interesting happening yet. Thomas and I are hoping to get a small publishing company up and running soon, though, so I guess there's that. 'Madame Vincent' gets into town tomorrow so I get to spend the next week rooming with a bitchy fashion designer. Lovely.
But aside from all that, things are fairly calm. Yeah. (I never know how to wrap these things up so I'm just gonna go back to work now.)

I'm so far behind it's not even funny. And I can be pretty far behind before it stops being funny.
Really. I'm on page 21 when I should be on about page 40-45. What sucks is that I got out of writing everyday for a few days due to family stuff and I just can't seem to get back into it. Really it's not that many pages all together...I guess. So here it is:
I'm not going to sleep until I'm caught up. Period. I have to meet my new boss tomorrow and be pleasant and all that but I can fake it on very little sleep. (Not the best method, maybe, but it's effective.) Best to suffer for your art while you're still young enough to rebound, right? ^^

Apparently I'm a better writer than I thought I was. Or maybe it's just that I can keep writing even when I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing.
I'm about 16 pages into the 'Slayers International' script and I think I'm going to start either bugging Miss Karen to do like a novelization of it or beg her to let me use it for another WriMo. Basically, what I'm saying is I <3 it. ^^
Now back to my earlier point: I have not read through the outline yet. Meaning I'm reading as I go, meaning it's the end of chapter two and I'm already surprised. (And I'm hoping Alan will be okay but knowing Karen, well...) But I can see everything going on in my head...and I kind of like it.
Right now, I've got about 3,554 words out of 20,000. I'm only three days in so I'm really not worried but I'm seeing a lot of late nights in my future.
Anyway, I should get back to work. I'll try and update a little more often, I swear.
